ABOUT A20 REAL ESTATE.

A20 Real Estate formed in 2005 and based near Cambridge in the UK. It was started by Peter Howard and Alison Morrison after visiting Cyprus on holiday, and then wanting to buy a villa. Upon returning to the UK they found two types of company marketing property in Cyprus. Large high pressure companies based around inspection visits, or smaller companies in the UK marketing Cyprus property but had not even visited the island!!
It was decided to start A20 Real Estate to offer a personal service during the buying process, as well as a comprehensive after sales service, once the client had found their ideal property. It soon became apparent that to offer a comprehensive and up to date service to our clients we needed to have an office in Cyprus. Early in 2006 offices were acquired at the entrance of Latchi Marina which is based in the most scenic and upmarket part of Cyprus.

A20 Real Estate has now extended the offices which look out over the picturesque marina, and has a full time staff of four in the office, with numerous part time staff who assist with after sales and maintenance of property for the large number of clients who have bought from the company. All staff employed at A20 have wide experience of marketing property in Cyprus, but have also bought property on the island. This enables them to relate to our clients in a practical way, as they have experienced the purchasing procedure themselves. Further expansion is planned in the near future but the founding directors are conscious of the need to maintain a family feel to the company and to always offer independent and personal advice to people looking to buy property on the island of Cyprus. We realize that the client is 'king' and thefore we make sure that a member of staff is always available 7 days a week to answer any questions, or to arrange any viewings of property.

We are totally independent and represent most of the reputable developers and builders on the island. Buying from us often means that you are able to obtain a better price and benefits from the developers because of the volume of business that we achieve - and our after sales service is second to none. Instead of spending days touring property with each individual developer you are able to discuss your requirements with us and then we will find the property that meets your precise requirements. Often when showing property to clients we will visit four different projects from four different developers or builders. For investors we have the local knowledge to introduce them to the best opportunities currently available today. We have now extended our services to include a comprehensive range of resale properties which are finished, and ready to move into.

Our after sales service is second to none. After finding your ideal property we can help with an independent lawyer, opening a bank account, arrange a mortgage that meets your own individual requirements, arranging a furniture package (including free delivery) and choosing tiles and wood finishes for your property. Unlike other companies our services do not end when the property is purchased, we can arrange garden landscaping, cleaning of the property before and after you leave, pool maintenance and any other requirements that you may have. Should you need to rent your property out to generate extra income we can arrange this.
