SECRET VALLEY - FUTURE PLANS

The current 5989m Par 71 Championship golf course in Secret Valley is already one of the best and definitely the most picturesque in Cyprus; however work will shortly start on upgrading this popular golf course making the facilities the most advanced in the Paphos/Limassol area. Once completed, this integrated resort of luxury villas and golf courses will offer two 18 hole championship courses.  A new 18 hole Venus Rock course is to be constructed which will complement the already existing 18 holes which will be fully renovated.

The Masterplan and landscaping design of Secret Valley have been prepared by EDSA of Fort Lauderdale (www.edsaplan.com), an award winning American landscape design firm.  The planned landscaping works include the planting of olive groves, paving and planting of side walks and planting/restoring public green areas. The design of this new course and the redesign of the existing course are being carried out by the one time US and British Open Winning golfer and former successful European Ryder Cup winning captain - Tony Jacklin's (www.tonyjacklin.com) in association with Austrian golf architect Hans-Georg Erhardt of Golf and Land Design Austria.

The beach sea front development of 1800 m2 of shops and taverns along with the new villas and new golf club house are being designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects of New York. (www.ramsa.com). 

Nikki Beach (www.nikkibeach.com) will operate the new 80 roomed hotel and beach club and approximately 50 lifestyle villas of residential real estate that will be branded by Nikki Beach. Nikki Beach are famous for their upmarket hotels in location such as Hollywood, Miami, St Tropez and Marbella.
