Sold : Ground Floor Apartment - Polis, Polis

This superior 2 bedroom apartment is located in a quiet and exclusive development in Prodromi. Between Polis and Latchi. Title Deeds and Fully Furnished

The town of Polis with its major amenities is within easy walking distance and the delightful marina at Latchi with its crystal clear water and exciting water sports is, at the most 5 minutes’ drive away.

This apartment which benefits from off road parking, is much larger than most properties of this sort, it has not only a front covered south west facing  arched covered veranda, but also a covered patio and charming small garden at the rear. The perfect summer Cyprus day would start sitting on the rear patio, watching the sun rise while enjoying a cup of coffee and glass of a freshly squeezed orange juice, and would finish with a glass of locally produced wine suitably chilled, while watching the spectacular Mediterranean sunset over the Akamas National park.

The open plan kitchen/lounge/diner is very generously sized as can be seen from studying the photos, with patio doors leading directly to the rear patio from the kitchen and another set of patio doors to the veranda from the lounge.

Both bedrooms are large doubles with plenty of wardrobe space, dual purpose air conditioning and windows allowing as much light as possible into the room as well as offering views over the garden in one direction and over the pool in another

The family bathroom complete with bath and overhead shower lies between the two bedrooms and completes what is really a very well maintained, ideally located and realistically priced property which, with its emphasis on outside space is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle to the full.
