For Sale : Apartment - Polis, Polis

This charming one bedroom first floor apartment is located in a very quiet part of the much sought after area of Prodromi which is situated equi-distant between the traditional town of Polis with its quaint town square and the upmarket marina of Latchi – famous for its crystal clear water and exciting aqua sports.

This apartment comes with full TITLE DEEDS and is empty of furniture so it is the ideal opportunity for the shrewd investor to stamp the property with his or her own personality.

The lounge/kitchen/diner is of an open plan design but it has been designed in such a way as to give the apartment the impression of separate rooms.

A delightful archway leads from the hallway to the kitchen which overlooks the lounge/diner.

Doors lead from the lounge through an ideally placed conservatory into the colourful back garden – an ideal place in which to soak up the wonderful Mediterranean sun.

To the right of the hallway is the good sized bathroom and double bedroom complete with plenty of wardrobe space and doors leading directly onto the patio.

The property also benefits from allocated, covered parking. There is no pool here but that means that communal fees are a great deal lower than most complexes and anyway the Mediterranean Sea is only 5 minutes drive away.

Local shops are within easy walking distance and Paphos Airport can be reached within 45 minutes by car
