Sold : Ground Floor Apartment - Polis, Prodromi

This delightful 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with a large garden is located in the charming village of Prodromi and is being sold with full Title Deeds and fully furnished.

This apartment bock consists of three floors and this particular apartment is one of only two on the ground floor.

Benefiting from covered, allocated parking and located in one of the most peaceful areas of the island it offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and as the apartment is ‘in the country’ as it were, the most wonderful walks start just a few metres away.

This apartment would be ideal for those with mobility problems as there are no steps and wider doorways than usual.

Once through the front door we come to the very generously sized lounge/diner. The property is being sold fully furnished and this includes 2 charming settees, flat screen TV Panasonic DVD player, and most unusually a National Geographic SOLAR TELESCOPE. Bearing in mind the low light pollution in Cyprus this would be such an exciting experience for those interested in Astronomy.

To the right of the lounge/diner is a separate kitchen. This is most unusual as the majority of kitchen in Cyprus apartments are open plan. This one is very well furnished with fridge freezer, oven, washing machine and double sink. A door leads to the lovely garden.

Both bedrooms are light and airy good sized doubles with fitted wardrobes

The well-equipped bathroom lies at the end of the corridor next to the bedrooms and includes the usual features one would expect including a luxurious bath with overhead shower.

It is the garden area which is the focal point of this apartment. It covers views to both the South and East and includes numerous trees and including an abundant orange tree. There is a covered veranda immediately outside of the lounge and the current owners tell of sitting here just after dawn with a cup of coffee and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice as the temperature increases, and then later in the day returning to enjoy an al-fresco dinner as the temperature slowly drops.

There is no pool here but the advantage of this is that the communal fees are kept to a minimum and the Mediterranean is on the doorstep.

Prodromi is ideally located being half way between Polis and Latchi. .Polis is a traditional town with paved streets and has a quiet friendly atmosphere.
